When do you Deliver your Dinner meals?
We deliver 7 days a week , 365 days a year. A meal reaches your house between 7pm and 8pm in most locations. Deliveries are always free.
We deliver to most cities in New Jersey. to see if we deliver to you.
Can I skip my dinner delivery for a particular day?
Absolutely. You can cancel a meal delivery before the daily cut off (5pm everyday). Go to indicooks.com/contact-us and select 'Cancel today's order' to cancel the delivery. We will refund that day's money straight to your account.
When will we see a HomeMade Meal Plan service?
Pretty soon. We are working hard to get the Homemade meal plans out there ASAP. Go to indicooks.com/contact-us tab and let us know if you wish to be notified when we launch the Homemade Meal Plans. Sit tight and wait for our email.
Can I skip my delivery for a specific week?
Yes, you can skip an entire week anytime. Call in, or just message us (indicooks.com/contact-us) and you will NOT be charged the next week.
How do I cancel my meal plan subscription?
Call in, or just message us (indicooks.com/contact-us) to cancel the subscription. Even though we would hate to see you go, it will be the easiest subscription cancellation ever.
Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?
It's always better to be home to accept the delivery. However, if you choose, our drivers will leave the food at your doorstep for you to pick up at your convenience.
How do I choose the days for my Meal Plan?
Know how many days you want our food every week? Great! Now, simply click on get started on your selection of days and you will be asked to select your choice of days and the corresponding Meal you are looking for.
